The fan arrived well packaged, screws and DIY anti-vibration pads were supplied.
Main issue: Although it is advertised as such, this is NOT a 4-pin PWM fan connector (I have attached what an actual 4-pin PWM connector looks like for your reference), it is actually 2 different connectors: a 3-pin voltage-controlled fan connector and a partially populated 4-pin molex.
From my testing, the 3-pin is populated as a standard voltage-controlled fan connector:
Pin 1 - GND
Pin 2 - 12V
Pin 3 - RPM feedback
The molex is spliced into the GND and 12V lines, I guess to give another option for delivering 12v to the fan. Though I question the necessity of this when people will likely just plug the fan into the motherboard, which will provide sufficient power through the 3-pin alone.
TLDR: this fan does not provide PWM functionality, therefore it does not perform as advertised.
